End-User License Agreement
This Agreement governs the use of any plugin, configuration, texture, or setup purchased from SnDevelopment. It complements, and where they conflict overrides, the Terms of Service.

01Definitions
- “Licensor” means SnDevelopment, the owner and operator of sndevelopment.dev.
- “Licensee” means the individual or legal entity that purchases a Product. The license is tied to that Licensee and its servers.
- “Product” means any plugin, configuration, texture pack, world, schematic, setup, or other digital deliverable supplied by the Licensor.
- “License Key” means the unique key issued to the Licensee at the time of purchase and validated by the runtime license check.
02Grant of license
Subject to the Licensee’s compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to install, run, and use the Product on Minecraft networks and projects operated by the Licensee.
The license is granted for the Licensee’s own use. It does not extend to affiliated entities, clients, or third parties unless those parties obtain their own license from the Licensor.
03Restrictions
The Licensee shall not:
- Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the Product or the License Key to any third party, whether for profit or free of charge.
- Redistribute, mirror, host, upload, share, or make available any Product file, archive, JAR, or License Key on any platform, including but not limited to marketplaces, forums, GitHub, Discord servers, file hosts, and private channels.
- Reuse purchased configurations, schematics, or setups on Minecraft networks, businesses, or projects that are not operated by the Licensee. Each Product is licensed for one Licensee’s own operation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of a plugin, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Remove, disable, bypass, or interfere with the License Key validation, the runtime license check, or any other technical protection measure embedded in the Product.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
04Setup creators: permitted third-party use
Notwithstanding Section 3, a Licensee acting as a setup creator, configuration designer, or consultant may use plugins licensed to that Licensee as dependencies in setups built for a third-party client, provided that all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The deliverable supplied to the third-party client consists solely of the Licensee’s own configurations, schematics, world data, custom assets, and instructions. No plugin JAR, License Key, or download link belonging to the Licensor may be included, bundled, or forwarded.
- The Licensee shall provide the third-party client with an itemized list of every Licensor plugin required to operate the setup, together with a link to the relevant product page on sndevelopment.dev. The third-party client must purchase each such plugin and obtain its own License Key directly from the Licensor.
- The Licensee shall not advance, share, proxy, or impersonate its License Key on behalf of the third-party client.
- The Licensee may charge for its configuration work, time, and any original assets it creates, but may not charge for, attribute consideration to, or imply resale of the Licensor’s plugins themselves.
05License Key and runtime validation
Plugins distributed by the Licensor include a runtime license check that validates the License Key against the Licensor’s license server on enable. The Licensee acknowledges that the Licensee’s use of a plugin requires successful validation and that revocation of the License Key (for example, following a breach) will disable the plugin on the Licensee’s servers.
06Termination
This Agreement and the license granted under it terminate automatically and without notice if the Licensee breaches any material provision, including any provision of Section 3. On termination, the Licensor may revoke the License Key. The Licensee shall promptly destroy all copies of the affected Product in its possession or control. Termination for breach does not entitle the Licensee to a refund.
07Warranty disclaimer and liability cap
The Product is provided “as is”and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Product or this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Licensee for the Product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
08Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor operates, without regard to its conflict-of- laws rules. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
