Privacy Policy

sndevelopment.dev is a brochure site for our digital products. We do not require accounts or sign-ups to browse. The only data we collect is anonymized analytics generated automatically when you visit a page:

• Page views and the URL of the page visited.
• Referrer (the site or link you came from).
• Approximate location at the country / region level, derived from your IP address. We do not store full IP addresses.
• Device and browser information (user-agent, screen size, OS).
• Aggregate performance metrics such as load time.

We use this data only to measure traffic, identify broken pages, and improve the site. We do not build advertising profiles, sell data, or share it with third parties beyond the analytics provider that processes it on our behalf.

Analytics is provided by our hosting platform (Vercel Analytics) and any privacy-friendly analytics tool we may add in the future. These tools are configured to anonymize IPs and not to use cookies for cross-site tracking. If we add a tool that uses tracking cookies, we will publish a cookie banner before activating it.

The site does not currently set advertising or tracking cookies. A small number of strictly-necessary cookies may be set by our hosting platform for security and load balancing. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Limited data is shared only with the service providers that operate the site:

• Hosting and analytics: Vercel.
• Outbound links: clicking a link to Discord or another platform sends you to a third party with its own privacy policy.

Aggregated analytics data is retained for the period set by the analytics provider (typically 12–24 months) and then discarded or anonymized further. We do not store personal identifiers beyond what is required to operate the site.

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar regimes) you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we do not maintain user accounts, the data tied to any individual is minimal; for any request, contact us through the channel below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
